Smart Casual is recommended for the educational events, please bring a coat for the cooler weather. 

For the dinners, please dress in comfortable clothing. For example, cargo pants, jeans, polo, etc.

• Any major medications; enough for your entire stay. Remember to pack these in your carry on.

Salt Lake City will have cold weather with an average temperature of 40F during the day and 26F during the evenings.

Attending all three days of the show is $300 per person, which includes food, beverages, and access to all training sessions. Please note that airfare, hotel accommodations, and transfers are not included.

For those attending only the Pentair Training on January 23rd, the registration fee is $100 per person. This covers all-day training sessions and food and beverages for that day only. Airfare, hotel accommodations, and transfers are not included.

For guests attending the show, the registration fee is $300. If the guest is not attending the show and only staying in the same hotel room, their stay is complimentary. 

You are welcomed to book your own flights. IMS can help assisting in booking flights, guests will have to pay for flights on their own. 

When registering, in the Travel section, please select your correct days of travel, airport and any other additional information such as Known Travelers Number(KTN). After you register, an IMS travel agent will reach out to reconfirm your full name as well as flight details.  

Yes, the hotel can accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions, please make each server aware at each of the meals. Also, please fill out any allergies or dietary restrictions when registering for the event. 

Once your registration is submitted, you will receive an on-screen confirmation as well as an emailed confirmation including your registration number. Please check your spam folder, especially if your company's security filters are strong.
